How do I log in to Elpoir Web?
Open business.elpoir.com on your computer. In the Elpoir Pro app tap More (the last tab at the bottom), then Elpoir Web, then Link a device, and point your phone at the QR code.
I can't find Elpoir Web in my app.
Update the Elpoir Pro app to the latest version from Google Play or the App Store.
Can my staff use Elpoir Web?
Yes, if the owner turns on Elpoir Web (PC / Laptop) for them in Staff, Access. Staff see only the sections the owner has given them.
How do I log out of a computer?
On the computer, owners tap More, then Logout; staff tap Profile, then Logout. From your phone, open More, then Elpoir Web, and tap Log out next to that computer.
Does the computer stay signed in?
Yes. Like WhatsApp Web, it stays signed in until you log out, so only link a computer you trust.
What happens after I scan the QR code?
Your phone shows the name of the browser, for example Chrome on Windows. Tap Link and your salon opens on the computer by itself.
Will I get notifications on my computer?
Yes. While Elpoir Web is open, new bookings, payments and reviews show as desktop notifications if you allow them in your browser. Your phone keeps getting its notifications too.
Can I pay on Elpoir Web?
Yes. Payments open Razorpay's secure checkout; scan the UPI QR code with any UPI app, or pay by card or netbanking.
The QR code does not load.
Check your internet connection and click Reload QR code. If it still does not load, try another browser such as Chrome or Edge.
Is Elpoir Web free?
Yes. Elpoir Web is included free with Elpoir Pro.
